At Crisp™ we believe that outstanding customer service doesn't end with your purchase. You may return unused products in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the final purchase price. You may return defective product any time with proof of purchase.
Return your purchase in a few simple steps
You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may request an RMA by completing our RMA request form. You can start this process as a guest or a logged in user below.
RMA numbers MUST be written on the outside of the box or the box will be refused. When you request the RMA, please provide your order number, the product being returned, the reason for the return, and if you are requesting a refund, merchandise credit or exchange.
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of your return for processing. You are responsible for returning the items to us. This includes return shipping charges if your order was originally shipped prepaid by Crisp™. If you paid shipping charges on the original order, we will prepay the freight on the return.

We will not be responsible for returns sent to any address other than the address listed above.
We recommend that you return items with a method that includes a tracking number. This will protect you in the case of a lost package. If a package is lost, you are responsible for working with the shipping company. Crisp™ will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only.
