On June 16th, Crisp and C&J Nutrition hosted the #FoodMood Twitter chat, discussing peoples’ eating habits and their associated moods. The discussion ranged from moods and certain times of day associated with unhealthy eating to how unhealthy eating (or not eating) affects your mood. The conversation was full of health advice and food suggestions to help inspire healthy eating habits in your life, as well as let everyone know you are not alone when longing for salty snacks and sweet savory cravings!

    As we move out of our 20s and into the first solid decades of adulthood, we are confronted with all sorts of existential questions such as, “Back fat. Why?” We 30 year olds now harbor suspicions that Gravity, once a friendly law of Newton’s from our school days, is getting dividends from the creators of Spanxx. And our annual doctor’s checkup has sprouted into a dozen –ologists we must see in various levels of undress (providing ample opportunities to ruminate on the aforementioned questions).

    While no one can turn back time or its effects on the human body, we can make purposeful decisions in our eating habits to best maintain and sustain our body’s health in our 30s and 40s.
