    How does the $10 off my next order with a qualifying purchase offer work?

    Your coupon for $10 off your next order will be delivered via email shortly after your order confirmation. Coupon is one-time use only and expires 30 days from email receipt of coupon. Minimum order $25 for coupon use. To qualify for free shipping, order must be at least $60 prior to application of coupon. Coupon cannot be used in addition to any other offers and cannot be applied immediately to current order. Qualifying orders will receive $10 coupon only during the life of the promotion, November 6-9, 2015.

    Which forms of payment can I utilize for my online purchase?

    We gladly accept Visa®, Master Card®, and Debit cards with the Visa® logo, and PayPal.

    When I place an order online, why do I need to include my email address?

    An email address is requested so that after you successfully place your order, you receive an order confirmation with your order details and order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email detailing your tracking information. Crisp™ does not sell or share our customer's information with any 3rd parties. Ever.

    Why was I charged sales tax for my online order?

    We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location.

    We do not collect sales tax on gift cards, as the appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is redeemed.

    Is the credit card information I submit secure?

    Every step of the your online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it. The security of your information is very important to us and we make every effort to protect your private account information.

    Can I purchase or redeem a gift card online?

    Yes. Using a gift card to make a purchase online is easy: At checkout, enter the 16-digit gift card number and the 8-digit PIN. The gift card value will automatically be applied to your merchandise total. If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the balance will remain on the card and can be applied to a future purchase.

    If I need to return a Crisp™ item, where do I send it to?

    For all returns, you must begin the process by requesting a return thorough our RMA Department.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-800-932-8227 ext. 270. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
