Step 1
The first step is to turn off and unplug your Chefman air fryer. This step is very important and many forget about it. It is really dangerous to clean an appliance with water while it is still connected to the wall outlet.
Step 2
Let the Chefman air fryer cool down if youโve just used it, and remove the removable accessories. Depending on the model of your Chefman Air Fryer, this may include the air fryer basket, pan, crisper plate or rack, etc.
Step 3
We are going to use dishwashing soap to clean our Chefman air fryer. In this case, Dawn Platinum Powerwash will be used, please see the picture below for reference.
Apply the dishwasher soap directly to the removable accesories like in the pciture below. Once you have applied the soap to all removable accesories you can leave them on the sink for around 20 minutes.
If the bottom tray (pictured below) is very dirty, with grease and all kinds of food residue.
You can use paper towels (pcitre below) to remove all this grease and food residue before applying the dish soap.
In the picture below you can see all the food reside has been removed.
Now we apply dish soap to all the surface and leave it for 20 minutes in the kitchen sink.
Step 4
Go ahead and apply dishwasher soap to the inside of the Chefman air fryer, like the picture below.
Make sure you apply to the interior walls as well like in the pciture below.
Step 5
Use a non-abrasive sponge (pictured below) to scrub the residue from the inside of your air fryer.
Rinse the inside of the air fryer with water (pciture below).
Step 6
Once the 20 minutes are completed, go ahead and rinse the removable parts with water in the sink (pciture below).

Some removable parts will require a 2nd round of dish soap to be applied.
Rinse with water until you see the removable part is clean.
In our case, the bottom tray needed a 3rd application of dish soap as it had food residue that was tough to remove.

Step 7
Clean the outside of the Chefman air fryer with paper towels.
Go ahead and clean the inside of the air fryer with paper towels to complete the cleaning. The isnide should turn out like the picture below. You can see it is a lot cleaner compared to the initial picture.
Step 8
The last step would be to place back the removable parts once they are dry and that completes the cleaning process. Your Chefman air fryer is ready to be used again.
